Within the working environment the company can exert a positive or negative influence on the engineer. On the one hand the influence is positive, if enployees are encouraged - financially or with career incentives, or if the company takes notice of problems and takes measures to solve them. On the other hand negative influence arises if, for example, the company puts pressure on the employee due to lack of time or the technician has to work with an inadequate budget. All these factors have an effect on the quality of his work and result in demotivation, fluctuation, continuing absence and finally an increase in human errors.
