The supervisor or team leader delegates tasks, co-ordinates and monitors daily work and makes decisions to put given targets into practice. However, which characteristics should an "ideal team leader" have? The ideal team leader should be able to motivate the team, increase the good behavior within the team, should contribute to the solution of problems and should be responsible for the cohesion within a team. If the team leader does not fulfil his duties the group will look for another "team leader".
